Bugsplat First Blood

Today I got kicked from game for a Bugsplat. Official report came up and everything so I could send details to Riot.

But what I really have an issue with is that it happened while I was in the middle of mid lane in a ranked game. When I came back the opponent had taken first blood, proceeded to snowball mid lane then other lanes. So, LP lost because of of a bug.

Is there any loss forgiven for this sort of thing? Or is another big "fuck you" from Riot?
