This issue has been present ever since the start of the 2020 season. This appears when I try to add friends, and I don't know if I'm alone with this problem; nor do I know if their's any way for me to fix this problem. I've seen multiple discussions regarding this issue, and its still a current issue that Riot haven't either seen or solved yet.

I’ve had this issue for nearly a year. I’ve looked around, but there seems the be only complaints and no responses :/

Same thing is happening to me now out of no where, I cant add any new friends.....
