Lulus Polymorph Does Not Work Correctly

As it stands, whenever Lulu polymorphs an enemy champion, certain abilities still get activated.

A few examples would be:

if the hook was cast, and is traveling to a target, polymorphing Thresh while the hook is traveling, BEFORE it hits the target (maybe after as well), still lets the effect go through. While using his charge ability, hitting Hecarim with a Polymorph does not stop his knockback effect and only slows him down. Meaning even though he is Polymorphed into whatever whimsical creature it may be, he can still land his knockback and stun you in place. This is the same with and his toss.

These are the most recent examples I've noticed while playing today. I don't know if this happening is a bug or is intentional by the Riot designers; but it completely mitigates the whole reason Polymorph exists.
