[Client] game always wants me to restart before log in

This has been happening for over a week now and its getting very annoying. At first I thought it was the game actually patching things and downloading things...but it cant be that. Everytime I log in. It wants to restart saying it needs to add new files. Please help

I think i found how to resolve this problem. At least it worked for me.

Go on C:\Riot Games\League of Legends and then run lol.launcher, it will take a little time to open and then do a sort of update, you just then have to click on play and it will run the real laucher without this weird bug happening. You can then log in ;)
