Targeting bug for turrets, Ziggs and MF interaction bug.

So in the past few days, I've noticed in quite a few of my ranked games that if I get dived under turret, the turret hasn't targeted anyone. It will keep hitting minions instead of hitting one of the attackers. This has happened to me in 6 games in the past week. Twice today.

I also noticed that there's a bug I kept having on Summoners Rift where while Miss Fortune is ulting, if I try to W her with Ziggs, it won't activate if I'm getting ulted as Ziggs.
