Anyone having champ select bugs?

Happened a couple times over the past week where it literally says "retrieving server data" with the loading icon and doesn't get you into champ select. Now I just got a new one where the client is fuzzy looking and won't let me pick, or ban a champ. What the hell?

If i could attach a screenshot/photo I would, but it basically looks like how it would if you had a queue wait time, without showing the actual wait time if that makes sense. The champ select is dark and out of focus and I can't click anything on the client.

WOOOO -5 LP AND A 5 MINUTE WAIT TIME!

Back to that "retrieving server data" bug, The only thing I can do is wait until I have to pick a champ (which I can't) or close the client out.

So, Whats the deal?
