Frame drop when scrolling over champions in minimap(and other frame drop moments)

When I scroll over champions on my minimap in a match/battle/game/whatever you call it, I drop about 10-15 frames. it’s only been recently, It doesnt drop any frames whenever I scroll over anything else on the minimap. Also since im here I’ll tell you other times my frames drop:

Elder buff active on anyone in my vicinity

Scrolling over Protobelt Active(showing the range)

Scrolling over Ashe W(showing the range)

Janna using her Q

Twitch’s E range showing up after applying a poison DoT

Glacial Augment’s freezing shots when used in conjunction with Hextexh GLP-800
