Fiora W bug

Hi , there have been many times where i got hit by fiora W and then i just can't do anything for like 2 secondes , as if i'm stunned (she didn't parry any hard C). It's not a bug. Fiora's W reduces Attack Speed. Look at the Fiora vs Teemo video and keep looking at Teemo's Attack Speed when you hit him with your W. 0.8 ----> 0.4.
