[Client?] Match History Bug is back

Much like the bug during the Shurima event, games on Hexakill mode are not showing in my on-site match history. They show up in the client however. The on-site history also records AI and ARAM games I play between Hexakill matches, but no Hexakill.

Server: NA Date: 10-24-2014 thru 10-26-2014 Issue: Hexakill matches not showing in Official Match History - Other matches show Side-Effect: Cannot unlock icons related to Hexakill/Shadow Isles/Harrowing event. Impairs Functionality: No? Can still play and gain IP, Cannot unlock event icons Impairs Clarity: Yes. Matches not in history.

Other players known to be having this issue. Presentation identical.
