[Client] 'Reconnect to game' does nothing
I was starting an ARAM match at 12:38am 12/7/14 and instead of the client going to the tray and the loading screen coming up, my antivirus popped up saying that LoL was a suspicious file. I told the antivirus it was a false positive.
I then clicked on the client icon in the systray and it had the message "You have left a game in progress, click here to reconnect." I clicked reconnect and the client minimized. The loading screen did not launch. I repeated this action several times with no new results.
I closed out of the client and signed back in. After authentication I received the Reconnect to game message again, and again the client would minimize but the game application would not load.
I have never had this problem before. I checked my virus vault, and the game's executable file was not present, so I don't believe the antivirus is still the problem.
At this moment I continue to be unable to reconnect to my match, so I assume I will also have to have a chat with LeaverBuster. I have no explanation for this behavior. I have reconnected to many games in my history on league - all within seconds, so I've never had a problem. This is new, and extremely frustrating.
I'm on NA server, it was an ARAM game, I'm running windows 7 ultimate, I'm running Avast! internet security. Why would Avast! suddenly pick up league as a malware? I've been playing the game for a year...
