[GAMEPLAY] Malzahar Q Bug (No Vision) since 6.7

After patch 6.7, Malzahar's Q no longer grants vision.

This is a bug with the vision changes in 6.7

I assume it is a bug, not a nerf, because it was not documented and it still grants a negligible amount of vision (grants less than the hitbox of the spell, whereas previously it granted full vision from the point of cast)
