Client bug when accepting a queue?

When I was trying to queue up for a ranked match, my client glitched and the accept/decline pop-up wouldn't go away. The game registered that I entered a lobby, though, and banning/picking was going on without me. Meanwhile, the pop-up wouldn't go away no matter how many times I hit either accept or decline. I took a screenshot showing the issue. Luckily, my partner was nice enough to take the LP hit from dodging for me... but I wish they hadn't had to do that. [sg-soraka]
