SION Q and R bug is Baaaaack. Stopped working in ARAM.

I died from the turret in Aram as Sion, first death of the game. I then attacked ONLY the turret during my death reanimation time. After re-spawning my Q and R no longer worked. Had to close out of league and log back in, then it worked for the rest of the match.

Turning on quickcast for q and r in the in game menu, then turning it back off worked for me to restore the abilities. You may have to cast once on quickcast for it to work.
