Glitch with inspiration secondary tree

Whenever I play Morgana mid I run perfect timing/minion dematerilizers.

Whenever I play Morgana support I run perfect timing/cosmic insight.

If I edit my tree and click perfect timing and cosmic insight I will start the game with cosmic insight and minion dematerializers.

At first I thought this was a fluke, but it happens without fail every time. The only way I can get the runes to save correctly is pick each rune twice.

No other subtree has this problem.
