Still In game bug

So i finished playing a game in ranked as annie. when the game was done i wanted to play another game so i went to play another ranked game but it wouldn't let me , i tried this for another 4 times so i just closed my client then i logged back in then when i can came back it says "Game is still in progress...". i closed my restarted my client again but it keeps saying "game is still in progress".i was bothered by this so i made my friend log on to his account so i can check if my account got hacked and someone was playing on it but it says i was offline so i came back to my account and it still says "game is still in progress. pls help :C
