game que keeps crashing

Whenever i get into que and finish picking all our champs , it should hide my lolClient and open the loading screen for the game, But instead it always crashes before i load into game so everytime i have to force quit my lolClient and open it again. For some reason it takes a long time for me to load back to my lolClient and when i do get back to my lolclient i quickly reconnect and then BAM my team surrenders and i get another ********** 20 minute ban.
