Shen ARURF Ultimate Teleoprt Bug

I was playing shen in the new URF mode, playing on the red side, or whataver the side is when your nexus is in the top right, and sometimes when i used my ultimate ability to teleport to someone, instead of teleporting to that champion, it would teleport me to an area near the blue buff in the top right. This only happened some of the time.

do you have a match id number or anything like that? a replay that you cut from the editor?
