can someone tell me how I get jungle when i pick mid and support ???? if they just randomly give me top was better because i can play top but jung ???? really they only thing that i am not good at ? riot I lost a rank game because of this BS bug

This is intended. Sometimes you may be sorted into a position you didn't select, it happens to everyone. This is called autofill. Riot implemented this in order to reduce queue times. Every time you get autofilled, your next game will guarantee that you do not get autofilled. In the meantime, I suggest getting some practice in roles that you are not comfortable in to better prepare yourself in these situations.
I had a look at your OP.GG and noticed that you usually like to play skillshot mages and some Leona. In this case, I would highly recommend trying out 
or 
, the former being a tanky burst damage champion who behaves similarily to Leona, and the latter being a skillshot mage who can double as a midlaner and perfectly suits your playstyle. Good luck !
Again this is to reduce queue times because if everyone always got their desired position the queue times would be significantly longer.
