Help me please i'm begging

So i disconnected mid game (my fault) and i ended up receiving a 20 minute, 5 game leaverbuster but the problem is when i enter queue it gives me the "lower priority" pop-up and then the 20 minute timer. The problem is the timer keeps resetting itself, it'll be counting down and then it just blinks back up to 20 and restarts! Please help me fix this i can't play

Are you playing a game after the timer ends?

You need to PLAY A GAME after waiting the 20 mins for it to count.
