Sejuani E disappears, more frequent on Scuttle Crab

The bug happens to me about 2-3 times per game. If you get 4 stacks, press E, they do not take damage, do not get CCed, do not take passive damage, but typically the target does get the Frozen debuff (although I have seen it reset immediately and start to stack again). I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem? Maybe the problem is if an auto attack lands prior to the E debuff actually landing?

It usually happens on the Scuttle Crab, but I have had it happen to me on other jungle camps as well as on champions.

Are you hovering them when you E? It's targeted now; not aoe like before.

I've just had this happen in the past couple of games. I've yet to have the same thing happen on any other unit just scuttle so far. Mine will not proc the cc or debuff, but the stacks are reset to 0.
