Third Party Program-Enemy chat visible during game

Hello everyone,

I ran into another league player recently and he showed me a snap shot on his phone, of his in/game chat (during play). where it shows comments from allies etc.. but it also had comments in red font.. I asked what it was . He said. 'oh those are the enemy comments;. I said 'but we dont have access to that'... and he said ;yes we do..

That being said. i soon realized he is able to see what the enemy comments are. throughout game. Could someone please look into this because at this point, i am a little turned off from LoL.
