Gameplay: Biscuit Delivery Rune removes item shop refund

When taking the Biscuit Delivery Rune the item shop refund option is removed when a biscuit is delivered.

To reproduce, buy an item and wait for the rune to trigger. Once the biscuit is in your inventory you cannot refund the items you bought.
