not sure if rammus bug or not

I noticed that gunblade canceled rammus Q, so I went to test some items in practise mode and I found out that almost all item actives cancel rammus' rolling, which is really annoying(righteous glory doesn't seem to cancel it though). I don't know if this is intended or not, but it would be really nice to have this fixed
