[Gameplay/Client?] Ahri Is Not Playable

Hello there! I joined a queue earlier today and was very confused when Ahri did not show up on the list of champions for me to lock in as. However, when banning she appeared with a free to play icon next to her. I'm not sure if this is a glitch with the free to play system (as I do not own Ahri) or if it is a problem with Ahri herself.

I did look elsewhere to see if she was disabled but I couldn't find it anywhere.

So I went into customs and added bots. This time, Ahri did show up! However, when I tried to lock her in, I got an error message about being unable to lock in the champion. Image HERE

Not 100% sure what the problem is, but I thought I'd point it out and get some direction. Thanks!
