my cursor is bugged, nothing im trying will fix it

I still have the basic computer mouse cursor, and I cant type in chat or use smart pings please help, I have tried restarting my client (3 separate times) and ive tried changing my game type (ex. Windowed, full screen and borderless)

Run it in Admin mode. I dont know a true fix though :/
