[CLIENT] Accepting games but not Connecting

Unable to connect to games in flex mode and most likely other modes as well. I connect to games and accept but the connection never goes through.

1. Start Ranked Flex game
2. Accept game
3. Someone declines
4. Repeat
5. Suffer

To be clear I have actually been accepted into a game once or twice but never got past banning phase without someone leaving. However, that was about 40 min ago. I have restarted the client but no change. Another thing to note was the number of players logging in was really huge causing a long delay in the actual log in.
