Weird Lee Sin bug!

I was laning middle and randomly noticed a lee sin in my lane, but directly after that he q'd into top lane ( getting a kill) I have screenshots. So yeah. Just random Lee sin in my lane for a split second and then appears top. Bug? Idk you tell me Rito <3 I am not a trickster when it comes to ;) Get it. Bugs?

i guess the sight wards eyes shen gave him do actually extend the range. that is very strange. if you don't know what i'm talking about, someone made a league animation where shen gives lee sin sight ward eyes.
