[CLIENT] Black screens and buffering symbols on the home page

Lately whenever I boot up my League of Legends client, I am greeted with some black screens, interesting text, and buffering symbols. I'm not sure what causes this, and the friends that I play League of Legends with tell me they only experience something like this when they try to open the shop, not on their main page. Stranger still, my shop seems to be fully operational -- everything displays as it should and I can navigate the menus just fine.

I have tried using the client's built-in 'repair' tool to try and fix this issue, but it has come to no avail. I have also noticed that there are other threads with a similar problem posted, but I was not able to find a solution in any of them. My sincerest apologies for bumping.
