Odd bugs in my ranked game

While I was playing ranked with my friend, he was playing Jhin and I was playing Zyra again a Blitzcrank and Vayne. I noticed that if I animated my seeds to plants up to the left of minions and below champions, they wouldn't attack. They would sit still for the duration even though things were nearby and walked into their range. I also noticed that when Jhin tried to w snare Vayne, she tumbled and even though hit by the beam, and it showed the snare around her, she was walking around with the snare pillar on. I've also noticed Blitzcrank grabs getting more and more buggy, grabbing when the fist is off to the side, grabbing through minions. I don't know if their team was cheating? Or if this is a legitimate bug issue. The plants happened at least 5-6 times throughout the game, it never kept us from winning lane because I was only trying to poke, but the wasted mana was annoying. It was also frustrating not being able to lock down Vayne. I just thought I'd share this issue and hope it can be fixed <3
