Can't see which champ i am , getting disconnected ARAM

So , i've tried to avoid writing this because i tought it was a rare error ocurrance , but after getting more than 10 in 1 week and a warning for leaving games , i felt the need to. When i join ARAM queue (seems to happen only in ARAM ) and accept the match , the client freezes for a brief moment and the tip window to choose runes and masteries appears even though i'm in the home page of the client : I can't see who i am , i can't change my runes/masteries or see chat . I wait the time for the game to naturally start and i am automatically disconnected once it happens . The problem is , i am forced to leave the game either way , and by doing so i was notified by leaver buster , even though it's not really my fault . Any answers?
