[GAMEPLAY] Smart Pings barely works and difficulty moving items around

Hello, I have been having some issues since the last patch.

Most of the smart pings won't work in my game, and will just be activated as regular pings, with the danger ping seeming to be the exception.

I also have trouble moving my items around; I am only able to do so, and with a delay, after using the item active when it applies.

Does anyone else have the same problems? Is this strictly on my end?
