Snowball gifting

I have been able to send the snowball icons to one person. However, when i tried to gift to another friend i got this error: You are unable to send this gift for one of the following reasons: Your friend's gift pool is not large enough to receive a mystery gift.

On another friend, i got this error, You are unable to send this gift for one of the following reasons: exchange.storeprocessor.error
