Fiora's Challenge With Death Activated Passives

Found an interesting bug while fighting a Fiora with Kog'Maw in a 1 v 1 matchup. Essentially the ult's ring display will still be displayed around Kog'Maw after he is revived when he died to Fiora before she can complete the Grand Challenge. This is most likely due to Icathian Surprise. The rings do not disappear after Fiora targets Kog'Maw a second time and actually leaves them guessing which ones are real and which ones are not. The marks do not proc the effect twice during the ult or even when it's down. It's just kinda there and won't go away until the game is done.
