[GAMEPLAY] No Characters Show up on the map but you can still talk to everyone in the game

When i logged into the game there were no champions on my screen. I was able to chose an ability, and talk to my teammate however i was unable to access the store. When talking to them they were able to tell me my character was moving. When we then surrendered early it counted as me being afk or whatever which is bs because i was there. Getting the penalty that goes along with that was incredibly annoying as i was in series.

step 1, start a ranked step 2, have vpn on so that the client crashes in the game loading screen step 3, turn off vpn step 4, re-load into the game step 5, play the game with out seeing a single thing besides the map!!! step 6, get angry when you get demoted and banned for being afk because riot has some glitch in their game.
