[CLIENT] New load screen incorrectly shows all co-op bots using Cleanse and Smite

The new load screen incorrectly shows each bot in a co-op vs AI match to be using Cleanse and Smite, when their actual summoner spells are different. After loading into the game, the scoreboard reveals that they're using their usual spells, a mix of Flash, Exhaust, and so on.
