[GAMEPLAY] Lux's ult does not reapply passive
As you can see in 2 examples in this video, lux's ult consumes the illumination debuff, but does not refresh it as the ability description says it does.

Your ult did actually re-apply the debuff, it's just that you AA'ed pretty quickly after it and it consumed it.
