Seizure Strobe Client

I was playing my ARAM game when they client started flashing like a strobe light. I thought it was my monitor and had to play through a minute until I could get away. I was dizzy by the end of that minute. I minimized the game, and realized my other tabs were fine, meaning it was League itself. I don't get seizures, but if someone did? This would definitely trigger them. This is a serious, dangerous bug.
