Spellthief's edge gives you +25% base mp5. Upgrading it into Frostfang increases the bonus to +50% base mp5 but upgrading Frostfang into Remnants of the Watchers reduces that amount back to +25% base mp5. I'm quite positive this is not intentional, as you don't typically lose stats as you spend more gold on items.
Bronze 1 99LP1 voteshaha funny of you, a player who rarely plays support, to point that out after it's been front page of r/leagueoflegends. Totally don't want them upvotes homie hahaha

Oh. I don't do reddit, but it makes me even more sad if this is a known thing. Also why would I want some upvotes? Not being sarcastic, just wondering... I just want to improve this game, not enlarge my e-penis.
Bronze 1 99LP1 votesoh what a coincidence then! even though you almost never even play support, you still noticed that upgrading it makes you lose 25% mana regen after reddit had pointed it out! haha i laugh
