Sated Devourer not interacting correctly with Jax

His passive only gains 1 stack per hit. Causing it ramp up slower than it should.

His ultimate may also have a functionality issue but I can't confirm, it just appears that it doesn't proc on his second hit until he reaches 4+ stacks on his passive.
