Promo win didn't promote me

So, I was granted the one free win for promotion series, I win the next game and I never got promoted. It just didn't count it. the win's in my match history, but nothing happened. Pretty annoying bug. I have also won my past 6 ranked matches. if that is necessary. I don't know how to screen shot it and post it up.

Press your print screen button -> open paint -> paste -> save

About the actual issue, I'm clueless. But you can now screenshot!
