Ready to start game takes 5 - 10 mins to load.

Ever since the new patches came out I've been getting this problem where when I counter diminishes and we're about to get to the loading screen my laptop takes 5 - 10 mins to load. Which means, by the time I get in game the game is already remade because I didn't connect. I don't even know what to do. I reinstalled the patch 3 times. I've re-installed league once. I have not clue what to do now. Help?
