My entire team (Including me) disconnected at around the same time

Literally, my entire team exept blitzcrank and the enemy amumu dced from the game within the first 10 minutes. It's my Cho'gath Game that lasted 13:07 and was on 11/07. I don't know what happened. How soon can you investigate this issue?
