Champion Portraits on announcer are off their borders

I don't mean to post a play here, but its the only recording where I actually managed to catch this; but look at lux's portrait at 0:28 when it was announced she slays rengar, her portrait goes over the border of it to the right, with a small gap on the left side. Additionally look at Xayah's at 0:29, the portrait goes to the left and leaves a gap to the right of its border.

0:33 look at lux and rumble when she gets the double, you can easily see the gaps between their borders.

Baron's portrait seems to do the same thing as xayah.

This has been an issue for at least a year and hasn't been fixed, at least from my perspective, unsure if its related to resolution (doubt it: 1920 x 1080)
