Loss PREVENTED in Ranked Provisional..... [GamePlay]

So basically the servers were having major issues and not only my character but my team were getting frozen completely in a Ranked provisional match of mine. I Got a loss prevented but I read up technically it doesn't count as a win or loss but I have 1 less match to prove myself for my ranking..... My only issue with this is I did the math and if I was to WIN 8/10 games I'd be .8 (80%). Now that it's being based off of 9 games that I play, if I was to win 7/9 games I'd be .77 (77%)..... So pretty much I get penalized for no reason. Any way Riot or someone could resolve this? Much thanks and appreciation to any who can help this problem!! :[
