Champion selection timer error

Hi there :) While choosing a champion pre-game (waiting for team to agree or not, as it was an unusual pick), for some odd reason, got a dodger with like 6 seconds left to lock in... Having no lag nor any problems with my internet (lan, no client lag etc), this got kind of out of the blue sky... Has anyone noticed a similar problem in your games? 1st pick, just after ban phase..
