Played League since Season 4. STILL having 99% loading bug

I have played this game since Season 3 and started playing ranked in season 4. I have put this game down and came back to it several times because I genuinely love playing it. But every time I come back I put it down for the same reasons. I don't play with friends because I get afraid the same bug will creep up.

About every 1 out of 10 games I play, I end up ruining the experience for everyone because I keep running into a bug where the loading screen loads up 100% and then just does NOT put me in the game. The only way to get around this is by noticing it's occurring too late and restarting to client and by then I'm either faced with an early surrender or a guaranteed leaver mark for the match. The game just proceeds without me.

Now I have tried using the bug tools Riot has. I have tried all of the tricks and suggestions they put up. I have worked with firewalls, reinstalled the client, ran a check, all of that and nothing as worked. What's even worse is I have done this over several computers and I still run into the same issue. I'll go over the checklist again but facing the new year I'm just tired of having to worry about this. It affects my standing in ranked as I'll play several games not encountering it so I feel it's been updated and fixed only to find out down the line that it's still an issue.

Please if you have any suggestions let me know. It's exhausting and it took me jumping into a refreshing game recently that really hit the nail on the hammer for me. I enjoy this game. I thought the new season was going to be a major change for me and it just haunts me on every computer I play on to the point where there must be something unwritten that I'm NOT doing.
