League of Legends Bugsplat Report - Pastebin.com

Bug Description:

  • Frequent game crashes began starting this past Monday (Dec 15, 2014) after a unique instance of the crash where the game froze, I force-quit, and reconnection attempts were met with failure due to a greyed out "reconnect button" and attempting to relog into the client cause a permanent "logging in" process. Since then, in nearly every game I have played (about 21 games of 24 total) I have experienced seemingly random crashes on average of 2 to 3 times per game.
  • These crash instances happen anytime from 0:00 to after the victory/defeat screen has been displayed and typically spawn 1 or 2 bug splat reports. On rare occasions, I have been initially unable to reconnect and the error message "no internet connection" appears, despite the internet function properly for all other instances. Extreme cases include crashing during loading and not being able to see champions upon entering match (a recent development).

  • These games were played on summoners rift (normals and ranked) and howling abyss (legend of the poro king). The crash that started it all (described above) was a normal on summoners rift.

Steps to recreate bug (as far as I can tell):

  1. Find Match and Select Champion
  2. Load (most recent 2 games I have crashed during loading, I think its mutating)
  3. Crash randomly (some instances I remember include leveling up a skill, using a skill, opening shop, opening tab menu, issuing attack or move commands, or otherwise just playing normally)
  4. Reconnect
  5. Repeat step 3 - 4 until conclusion of game.

Steps take in an attempt to fix problem (unsuccessful):

  • Restart computer
  • Restart internet router
  • Repair installation
  • Update adobe air
  • Update adobe flash player

Bug Splat Report from most recent game: similar to most games -linked – it indicates that thread 12 having crashed is the reason for the crash

Heres to hoping this is fixed soon.

Well, owning a Mac is your first problem.

Upvoted, same problem. It's extremely frustrating, especially when you're left to die in the middle of a team fight.
