[PERFORMANCE ISSUE] Mordekaiser causes fps drops when he shows up on the screen.

I can play the game just fine but if there is a mordekaiser in the match, and we are at least 25 minutes in the game, whenever i hover my camera over mordekaiser it will drop to 30-20 fps for no reason until i move the camera away or he dies. Because of this, teamfighting with or against a mordekaiser becomes a pain. This started happening with the juggernaut update patch.

I contacted the support and they told me it would be better for me to report the issue here so here I am. The problem doesn't affect all players of course but it does affect many and it seems to come on some NVIDIA and AMD graphic cards but regardless of the quality of these. My graphic card is a pretty average AMD and I experience this but people on expensive NVIDIA cards are also experiencing the same problem.

Just reporting this here for visibility and because I hope I will soon be able to play with and against mordekaisers like I used to. Btw, all the other updated juggernauts give no problem.
