support items not able to be put into a position in the items tab?

Is there a reason the new support items aren't pre position-able in the items tab, every other item is?

...it's frustrating to me every game to have to put them in the spot I have assigned to support items for wards for the last 5 years, especially since my hud is super tiny, i routinely fumble around trying to get the little icon into the right spot.
