[Client] Can't select a champion to ban in Dynamic Que

Was just in Ranked Dynamic Que with a friend. He was using the Mac client. When he was prompted to select a champion to ban, he was unable to click on a champion in the list. It eventually worked, but then he was unable to click the ban button to lock it in. We were dropped from que and my friend was given a wait timer before queing again. He was the last ban on our team (5th position), if that matters.

I had a similar issue once prior using the Windows client, but I was only unable to click the ban button, I had no issues selecting a champion. It eventually worked itself out and I was able to ban a champ before time expired.

I would include more details and a step by step guide, but this has only happened the two times I mentioned; I've had no other technical issues with Dynamic Que.

I thought I was the only god damn one. This has happened to me 4 times in a row on some occasions. It either doesn't let me pick a champ to ban or the button lights up but however much I spam it it wont respond (also happens when just picking a champ to play) The new client update has been buggy since installation for me... lost points because of "Dodging"

Has happened to me twice in the same day, first I got a 5 minute ban, again I got into champ select and again I could not ban a champion and then got a 30 minute ban. I mean why am I being penalized due to an error on Riots end?
